What files work best?
A PNG with a transparent background is ideal. JPG, SVG and WEBP work too. The bigger the file, the sharper the print.
What if my image is low resolution?
The studio flags it while you place it. PG reviews every file and will let you know if it needs a better version before anything prints.
Can I print on the front and the back?
Yes. Switch to the back view in the studio and add a second design. Your request will include both.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One shirt is a real order here. Need a full run for a team or a brand? Same process, just set your quantities.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the order. PG confirms your timeline along with your quote, so you know before you commit.
Do I need the rights to my artwork?
Yes. Only upload art you made or have permission to use. PG may turn down designs that use someone else's logo or artwork.
How do I pay?
Nothing is charged when you send a request. PG replies with a quote, and you pay once you approve it.
